How To Upgrade Your Shotgun Ticket
Ready to level up?
You may upgrade from an Early Arrival ticket to Anytime Entry. You may also upgrade from General Admission to a Premium Ticket.
Step 1: Go to The website https://www.shotgun.live/ (not the Shotgun App). Log In to your account.
MOBILE SITE: click on the ticket icon (bottom OF PAGE).
Ignore the prompt at the top - do NOT open the app.
Step 2: Navigate to the My Tickets section of your profile. Select ‘Upgrade My Tickets’
Step 3: ☑️ SELECT THE UPGRADE THAT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.
Follow instructions to pay the difference in price.
Your QR code remains the same.
